Our Hot Curry Collection features four of our hottest spice blends packaged together as a team. The ideal gift for spicy food lovers! Choose from either our lovely tin or the simple box.
This collection includes:
Sri Lankan (heat 8/10) - a coconut-based curry for chicken or fish. We suggest adding fresh chillies in case it isn't hot enough!
Goan Red (heat 9/10) - our version of a Vindaloo, a blend with lots of paprika and cooked with a splash of vinegar for a real bite.
Indonesian Padang curry (heat 9/10) - a very hot coconut curry, quite sweet, with lots of dried lime leaves in the blend, for a slow-cooked beef curry.
Malay curry (9/10) - coconut and pineapple curry for chicken and potato: very traditional Malay flavours and not as sweet as you might think!
